Dominic was always an artist. That’s a known fact for those who know him personally. However, his most known working realm surfaced post college during his final semester of graduate school.

Before Dominic ever held the title of “Project Management Professional,” his education came in one of the most complicated arenas we deal with today – government. In city and state offices he learned what it meant to move massive, complicated projects forward. Livelihoods often depended on the outcome. What does that look like? Imagine being one of the people who is responsible for helping to solve problems like: residents unable to park on their streets, antiquated code and ordinances for perspectives that no longer exist, degraded streets, economic improvement for tourism and hospitality, water treatment, funds for police and fire, sanitation, fleet maintenance, capital improvement projects, politicians, overworked colleagues and even having to deal with key performance outcomes. That’s what Dominic’s life entailed everyday from 2011 to 2022.

Government work on the administrative side is never glorious, yet it shaped him profoundly. He learned to read between the lines of policy, interpret competing agendas, and to bring clarity to environments often clouded by loud voices. Some people call Millennials “the Bridge” for their ability to understand the old ways and operate in modern days without asking how to do so. In his roles, Dominic became a translator of sorts. He speaks the languages of budget and finance, HR, risk management, analysts, developers, IT, and agency leaders. He weaves together foreign words and shares stories in common language resulting in fruitful results.

Isn't he a project manager?

By 2022, when Dominic decided to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, he was already seasoned in the realities of leadership. The credential was a milestone, but the truth was, he had been practicing the discipline long before the title was formalized. For him, project management had always been about more than process. Dominic’s perspective was about stewardship, leaving behind systems that were stronger, and communities better served.

Today, Dominic brings that same discipline into every endeavor, whether leading a technical transformation or crafting cinematic stories through his creative studio. To him, project management is not confined to boardrooms, or offices. Project management is an art form and science, a way to see possibility in chaos and shape the chaos into something practible, lasting, and deeply human. This brings us back to who
